 We were recently lucky to work with Jason on both selling our 1928 home as well as purchasing a condo town house in the same city. Jason was a find! He took advantage of a competitive real estate market to carefully advise us on staging the house and then took the time with pre-sale announcements, a thoughtful four day showing of open houses with a deadline for bids. We ended up with four excellent offers all above asking price. Jason’s appreciation for and experience with “vintage” homes such as ours was also a benefit. He worked with a photographer to emphasize the hard wood floors, moldings, and renovated kitchen to craft an amazing portfolio for the showing. We almost didn’t want to move because it looked so good. Happily,  he also helped us navigate the purchase of our new condo so that the transition between selling and buying worked well.
